🔎 Subconscious Beliefs That Secretly Hold You Back
Here are a few beliefs I’ve helped women clear: beliefs they didn’t even realise were sabotaging them:
🚫 “I’m not good enough.”→ You won’t step out of your comfort zone. You avoid new opportunities because failure feels inevitable.
🚫 “I’m responsible for everyone.”→ You carry the emotional weight of others. Boundaries feel selfish, and asking for help feels wrong.
🚫 “I’ll be judged.”→ You silence your voice and play small to avoid criticism. You may even attract people who reinforce this fear.
🚫 “I always get hurt.”→ You stay guarded, which blocks intimacy. It’s safer to isolate than risk vulnerability.
🚫 “I need to be in control.”→ When life feels uncertain, anxiety kicks in. Because somewhere along the line, control became your safety net.
🚫 “I can’t do it.”→ You don’t even try. This belief convinces you that effort is pointless and failure is inevitable.
The hardest part? These beliefs feel like truth.
But they’re not. They’re just emotional patterns stored in your nervous system, and they can be cleared.
