Still feeling emotionally drained — even when you’re “doing all the right things”?

ree

Your nervous system might be doing the heavy lifting… behind the scenes.

Most women I work with aren't just “emotional” or “overreacting.”They’re living in a body that’s stuck in survival mode and don’t even realise it.

Here’s how a dysregulated nervous system can shape how we feel:

🧠 Fight Response:

• Agitated or on edge

• Ruminating over arguments

• Needing the last word

• Shaky, tearful, or explosive when overwhelmed

• Unable to let go even after things are “resolved”

🏃‍♀️ Flight Response:

• Constant anxiety and overthinking

• Always rushing, multitasking, chasing productivity

• Can’t sit still or switch off

• Tired but wired

🧊 Freeze Response:

• Feeling numb or spaced out

• Struggling to start or finish tasks

• Ignoring texts, calls, or people

• Holding your breath without knowing

• Emotionally disconnected

🤝 Fawn Response:

• Saying “I’m fine” when you’re not

• Over-explaining or focusing on others’ needs

• Avoiding conflict or people-pleasing

• Seeking reassurance but still feeling unsafe

These aren’t personality flaws. They’re signs your nervous system is dysregulated. And until we reset it at the root… emotional regulation feels out of reach.

💛 The good news? You’re not broken. You’re wired for survival and you can rewire for calm.

This is the kind of work I do with women who are ready to feel peace and steadiness in their body again without relying on willpower or surface tools.

If this resonates, do join my upcoming workshop. You’re closer than you think.
